• Defines data requirements, creates databases, and uses software to obtain data.
• Develops advanced forecasting systems and provides access through online databases and reporting systems.
• Builds models to predict operational volumes in customer service and international operations.
• Applies statistical and modeling techniques to analyze operating statistics.
• Develops predictive models to identify trends for manpower planning across time horizons.
• Prepares and reports forecast analyses for senior management.
• Communicates forecasts clearly to users and aligns with their needs.
