Job summary

American AgCredit is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to perform advanced accounting, financial and regulatory reporting with GAAP expertise. You will act as a subject matter expert for reporting processes, data flows, and controls, leveraging Alteryx, Power BI, and Excel to deliver accurate, timely results.

You will lead audits, ensure compliance, and mentor teammates while driving process improvements and scalable reporting capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required.
• CPA license preferred and continuing professional education encouraged.
• Experience with GAAP and regulatory reporting for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review GAAP, shareholder, regulatory and district reports.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex financial reporting issues.
• Lead data flows, including Alteryx workflow development and testing.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and document controls and procedures.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes and audits.
