AML RightSource is seeking a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator to detect suspicious activity and ensure regulatory compliance from a remote Florida-based role. You will lead investigations, perform SARs, and guide junior analysts while collaborating with clients to manage financial crime risk.

The role emphasizes independence, timely production, and adherence to AML regulations in a dynamic work-from-home environment, with core hours after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and relevant AML/financial crimes knowledge.
• Ability to investigate suspicious activities, analyze findings, and prepare SARs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear synthesis of recommendations.
• Proven ability to meet daily production goals and manage time effectively.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify data anomalies and red flags related to money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, and sanctions.
• Verify client identities to ensure KYC compliance.
• Perform quality control tasks as needed.
• Assist with client communication and development of client-specific training materials.
• Provide support to analysts and handle workflow tasks.
• Submit work for review and adjust based on feedback; meet deadlines and procedures.
