Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and CMS reporting for Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits.
• Own data logic across multiple vendors and systems for regulatory pricing and forecasting.
• Produce monthly Actual-to-Expected (A2E) reports for performance management.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions and dashboards to improve data quality.
• Support end-to-end data management for pricing, forecasting, and financial planning.
