Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information for the company.
• Lead various financial projects and develop measures to track, trend and forecast impacts of initiatives.
• Run pre-established reports and develop new reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Develop metrics to evaluate financial impact of proposed contracts and medical management.
• Create integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations.
• Provide commentary/insights into business unit performance based on market knowledge and results.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports with accurate financial data.
• Identify trends in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Identify variances and perform high-level financial analysis.
• Present and discuss analysis with upper management.
