Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst for a remote, 12+ month contract. Must have 10+ years of Facets configuration experience, including medical product configuration, enrollment and provider network config, with strong SQL and MS Excel skills.

The role focuses on leading Facets configuration across complex environments, translating business requirements into system setups, and coordinating end-to-end delivery from design to testing. Remote work with W2 terms only.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Facets configuration experience.
• Deep knowledge of medical product configuration, group/member enrollment, provider network config and claims.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facets configuration and maintenance of critical system tables across multiple environments.
• Lead analysis, development and implementation of configuration changes to improve performance and user efficiency.
• Coordinate and monitor configuration for accuracy and change control compliance.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects from requirements to design, build, and testing support.
• Provide business acumen and SME support for IT projects involving Facets configurations.
