Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an Equity Research Expert on a remote, contractor basis. You will review and synthesize equity research content, analyze earnings data, and benchmark peers to develop robust investment theses.

The role focuses on applying analytical and communication skills to advancing AI-related financial insights. The ideal candidate has extensive sell-side research experience across multiple companies, with deep expertise in at least one sector and a track record in earnings analysis,

Qualifications

Extensive sell-side research experience covering multiple companies.
Ownership of company models and research.
Proven earnings analysis, peer benchmarking, and valuation experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Deep sector expertise in banking, insurance, biotech, technology, or similar.

Responsibilities

Review equity research datasets for accuracy and relevance.
Analyze earnings reports, revisions, and peer benchmarking.
Evaluate financial models including revenue, margins, cash flow, valuation drivers.
Prepare concise research summaries and event-driven updates.
Develop investment theses using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Identify industry trends and sector catalysts.
Provide feedback to improve research content.
