Providence is seeking a Senior Claims Manager for Employment Practice Liability in a fully remote role. You will directly handle EPL claims, evaluate coverage issues, and coordinate with defense counsel to negotiate outcomes, while delivering regular reports to leadership on exposure and trends.

Required are a law/HR background and 10+ years in EPL, risk management, or related insurance. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law/HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Employment law, risk management or insurance related to employment practices.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for Employment Practices claims.
• Investigate claims through telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with attorneys and witnesses.
• Present claims and trends to leadership with discussion of coverage, liability, and exposure.
