Job summary

Erlang Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Elixir Developer to join a customer-facing project team, collaborating closely with the customer's engineering organization. This remote-first role is based in Poland, reporting to the Business Unit Leader, Poland.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of Elixir development experience, strong knowledge of Phoenix and OTP, and proficiency with SQL databases. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and React or Vue.js is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Elixir Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Elixir, Phoenix and OTP.
• Experience with Git and Linux environments.
• Practical knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the customer's engineering team to develop reliable, secure and scalable software systems.
• Contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of solutions within the customer project.
• Provide technical input to support project planning and estimation.
• Contribute to architectural and technology decisions, applying engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues within the project environment.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with other members of the project team.
