Job summary

Aquent partners with a global eCommerce company to shape visual identity and user experience across web, email, and marketplace listings. You will translate brand vision into high-performing pages, emails, and enhanced product content, directly impacting growth and customer engagement.

In this remote-first environment, you’ll own design tasks from concept through delivery, collaborate with a small agile team, and mentor junior designers while supporting the Art Director to keep projects moving

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in designing for web, email, and marketplace listings.
• A robust portfolio showcasing finished design work across these three areas.
• Demonstrated comfort owning design tasks within established creative direction.
• Solid experience with web merchandising for an online store.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration in a small, agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build captivating web pages from brief to final files.
• Craft compelling email campaigns and templates aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Take ownership of web merchandising and product presentation.
• Develop marketplace listing assets and enhanced content.
• Drive design tasks from concept to completion with autonomy and risk awareness.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Art Director and mentor junior designers.
