Job summary

CGK is seeking a Senior E-commerce & Brand Designer to drive end-to-end creative across Amazon, DTC, and packaging. You will translate brand direction into conversion-focused visuals and assets, while building scalable design systems and collaborating across product, marketing, and leadership.

The role is fully remote, with strong emphasis on design quality, storytelling, and performance metrics. 4+ years in e-commerce design and production-ready workflows are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience with hands-on e-commerce design.
• Advanced Figma skills, production-ready designs & scalable design systems.
• Excellent layout, typography, hierarchy, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused e-commerce creative.
• Experience designing across Amazon, DTC websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, packaging, and product launches.
• Experience designing Amazon listing images and A+ Content.
• Strong Photoshop skills including product retouching & compositing.
• Experience with packaging and print production.
• Comfortable using AI tools for imagery and workflows.
• Develop visual directions, color palettes, or patterns for product launches.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong visual QA standards.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative for product launches across Amazon, DTC, packaging, and digital channels.
• Translate briefs and brand direction into strong, conversion-focused visuals and assets.
• Create Amazon listing images, A+ Content, and storefront assets.
• Design landing pages, product pages, and campaign creative focused on conversion.
• Develop and maintain scalable Figma design systems across brands and SKUs.
• Create packaging, inserts, and production-ready print files.
• Retouch and composite product photography, including AI-assisted imagery.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, growth, creative, leadership, and external partners from concept to deployment.
• Maintain consistent visual quality across all consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Continuously improve visual standards and explore new tools and workflows.
• Fully remote role with autonomy and ownership.
