Job summary

Western Computer is seeking a Senior BC Consultant in the United States to assess client needs, configure Dynamics 365 BC, train end-users, and provide ongoing support for optimized performance. You will help clients maximize the value of their Dynamics BC investment while delivering best-in-class service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with client teams, requirements gathering, system configuration, and cross-functional work to ensure seamless ERP integration across business functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years or more experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• 5+ years or more experience with Customer Support environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent understanding of Business Central with regard to area of focus.
• Dynamics Business Central certifications.
• Experience working in a support environment.
• Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and articulate how Dynamics BC can add value to their business.
• Strong customer support experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding and exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clients to understand their unique business needs and pain points.
• Gather requirements to craft solutions to pain points.
• Configure ERP systems with respect to focus area.
• Ticket Triage and ensure cases are addressed in a specified time.
• Provide dedicated client support for design issues and guide remediation efforts.
• Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure they are comfortable using their systems.
• Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Mentor other consultants and share best practices.
• Stay on the cutting edge by monitoring BC updates and trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration across functions.
