Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to manage Drupal and Jira-based platforms in a remote capacity for a federal client. The role requires strong user support, content publishing, and cross-platform coordination across Drupal, DKAN, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub environments.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical or application support, experience with enterprise web content management, and the ability to train end users while maintaining meticulous

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical support or similar end-user technology support.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Drupal or a comparable enterprise web content management platform.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Jira or Jira Service Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, user access, or permissions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability determination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of support for applications and platforms within the team's service portfolio, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, user administration, access management, configuration support, and request fulfillment.
• Investigate issues, gather information, perform initial troubleshooting, document findings, and escalate when beyond scope.
• Escalate complex issues to internal resources or vendor support partners.
• Coordinate escalated issues from identification to resolution, communicating with users and stakeholders.
