Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Director, Secure DevOps to lead secure cloud architectures and Kubernetes-driven deployments across cloud and on-prem environments. You will guide Agile teams, mentor engineers, and optimize cost-efficient DevOps solutions while ensuring SLAs and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
12+ years of engineering/architecting experience, with cloud and DevOps focus.
Strong leadership and ability to mentor Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee secure cloud DevOps design and deployment across cloud/on‑prem environments.
Architect scalable, secure Kubernetes-based applications and microservices.
Drive CI/CD adoption and cost-efficient resource management.
Lead multiple DevOps and SRE teams; ensure secure architecture & deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet functional, performance, and SLA targets.
