Job summary

Huron seeks a Senior Director to lead large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs within the Engineering & Construction sector in North America. You will manage executive client relationships, define scopes, budgets, and delivery roadmaps while ensuring delivery excellence across Finance, PMO, and Operations.

You will develop E&C offerings, drive multi-million-dollar pursuits, and coordinate Oracle co-sell motions with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 7+ years in Engineering & Construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations.
• Proven track record of business development and revenue generation ($2M+ annually).
• Experience with Oracle alliance and co-sell models.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs.
• Manage executive-level client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations.
• Define and manage program scope, budget, and delivery roadmap.
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with industry best practices and Oracle capabilities.
• Manage engagement financials, including forecasting, margin, and utilization.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and program execution excellence.
