Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in Data architecture and enterprise design patterns.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow multiple teams of product focused software engineers.
• Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms.
• Partner with senior leaders to align roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
• Drive talent strategy and succession planning across engineering teams.
• Mentor and guide engineers’ professional and technical development.
• Work with product managers to translate capabilities into market-driven solutions.
• Lead deployment of applications into AWS environments and ensure resilience.
