Job summary

Allucent, a full-service CRO/CDMO, is seeking an Account Development Manager to drive lead generation and grow the customer base. You will work with the Business Development team to identify opportunities, develop territory plans, and advance conversations with major pharma and biotech clients.

You will utilize Salesforce to manage activities, set up meetings, and report progress weekly to leadership, while maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements and Allucent’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
• Clear understanding of clinical trial processes.
• GDPR/HIPAA, CFR/CTR/CTD and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
• Partner with Business Development to develop territory plans and assign accounts.
• Identify key stakeholders and introduce Allucent differentiators to drive RFP/bid opportunities.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and pipeline updates.
• Provide regular sales activity reports to the Line Manager and BD executives.
