Sterling-Rice Group (SRG) in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior Digital Media Planner to lead integrated digital media plans with a focus on retail/commerce media and performance marketing. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and interacts directly with clients to drive measurable business outcomes.

The candidate brings 5+ years of digital media experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with RMNs, data platforms, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital media experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing retail/commerce media strategies.
• Hands-on experience with major RMNs (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger, Albertsons, Instacart).
• Strong understanding of retailer first-party data, closed-loop measurement, ROAS and KPIs.
• Experience across programmatic, paid social, paid search, video/CTV, and direct publisher partnerships.
• Ability to connect media investments to business outcomes and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of integrated digital media strategies across the consumer journey.
• Translate client objectives, audiences, budgets, and KPIs into media recommendations.
• Evaluate media partners and proposals; lead negotiations and maintain partner relationships.
• Collaborate with paid social, search, programmatic, and other channel specialists.
• Present strategic recommendations and campaign performance to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee measurement, reporting, and budget reconciliation.
