Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• 5+ years in regulatory compliance, risk management, or legal with focus on Digital and Privacy.
• Expertise in digital/technical regulations (ESIGN, TCPA, FCRA, WCAG, ADA, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Provide second line advisory and execution support across Digital/Mobile Banking.
• Lead or support compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory change impact analyses.
• Engage with Digital, Marketing, Data & Analytics, and risk teams to align risk and control activities.
• Assist with regulatory exams, audits, and CMS expectations.
• Monitor issues, escalate risks, and deliver practical, risk‑based guidance.
