Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, or risk management focused on Digital and Privacy (expertise in digital/technical regulations).
• Experience with ESIGN, TCPA, FCRA, and related guidance; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide second line compliance advisory and execution support across Digital and Mobile Banking.
• Independently execute compliance risk assessments, advisory reviews, and analysis with minimal direction.
• Review business controls, issues, and risk assessments; provide risk-based observations and recommendations.
• Support regulatory change impact assessments and emerging risks; advise on CMS expectations (complaints, training, escalations).
• Lead or support compliance reviews and initiatives; monitor progress and escalate risks as needed.
