Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, maintain, and modernize cloud infrastructure supporting international payment platforms and financial services applications. You will work with AWS, CI/CD, container orchestration, and automation to build reliable, secure production environments in a fully remote, multinational setting.

You will collaborate with global teams to streamline deployments, migrate workloads, and improve performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS cloud environments.
Advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
Practical experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC principles.
Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Experience with Docker and OpenShift.
Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
Experience implementing monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.
Understanding of networking, security, and production reliability.
Experience collaborating with international engineering teams.
Strong English communication skills (B2+ to C1).

Responsibilities

Design, build, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for business-critical apps.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible.
Deploy and troubleshoot containerized environments with Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
Administer Linux production environments and resolve complex issues.
Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, or Go.
Implement monitoring and observability with Grafana and Prometheus.
Investigate incidents and optimize performance and reliability.
Support cloud migrations and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with international teams to improve workflows and practices.
Contribute to automated deployments and infrastructure standardization.
