You will map current and future-state processes, conduct stakeholder interviews, and develop practical recommendations to improve accessibility, efficiency, and service outcomes while aligning with policy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Experience with human-centered design methods such as interviews and journey mapping.
Experience with process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma/BPM.
Certification in human-centered design or service design.
Experience leading change management initiatives.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in government contexts.

Responsibilities

Identify bottlenecks and gaps across public-facing and internal processes.
Map current and future-state processes with handoffs, approvals, and dependencies.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to understand policy and service impacts.
Develop recommendations to improve accessibility, efficiency, and outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to implement improvements.
Define success metrics and help measure impact of redesigned services.
Lead organizational change initiatives including communications, training, and adoption planning.
Remote work with up to 50% travel to the Atlanta area.
