Placements24 is seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead conceptual development and design for international innovation hubs and technology-focused spaces. This fully remote role offers opportunities to collaborate with a global team and influence high-impact projects without relocation.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of architecture leadership, a strong portfolio, and expertise in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of architectural design experience in innovation hubs, R&D facilities, or tech campuses.
• Proven track record leading design on large-scale international projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and lead design efforts in a remote setting.
• Understanding of flexible workspace design and smart building tech.
• Experience with global building codes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design vision and conceptual development for international innovation hubs and tech-focused projects.
• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that promote collaboration and cutting-edge research.
• Produce high-quality design presentations, 3D models, and renderings for client engagement.
• Collaborate virtually with a global team of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
• Research emerging technologies, materials, and design trends relevant to innovation spaces.
• Ensure design integrity, technical feasibility, and compliance with international standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the firm's design leadership and innovation culture.
• Manage design process timelines and contribute to project scope definition.
• Participate in virtual design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
