Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Demand and Supply Manager for our Clinical Trials Division. The role focuses on upfront and ongoing demand planning for complex accounts, global inventory optimization, proactive management, portfolio handling, and IRT setup consultation.

The position supports a centralized team and acts as an informal leader, mentoring peers and aligning forecasts with global supply strategies to ensure patient supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management highly preferred.
• High school diploma, or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of clinical supply chain and/or planning experience managing global supply chain design and logistics management.
• 4+ years of experience if holding an advanced degree.
• Understanding of clinical supply requirements and study design factors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads design, implement, interpret and review inventory plans for global trials.
• Mentor and guide new hires and less experienced planners; act as a role model leader.
• Provide input into IRT medication management specifications and participate in UAT if required.
• Ensure robust plans and optimize global and regional supply strategies to maintain patient supply.
