IQVIA is seeking experienced Senior Data Team Leads to oversee end-to-end data management for global clinical trials in a remote/WFH capacity. You’ll ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance while leading cross-functional teams that help bring new therapies to life.

This is a remote/WFH position with all necessary equipment provided. You will mentor junior staff, manage timelines and budgets, and drive process improvements to meet customer expectations in a global delivery environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of direct clinical data management experience.
• 5+ years in a Lead CDM role.
• Experience managing global studies (1000+ patients).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.

Mansioni

• Lead data management for global clinical trials from study setup to database lock.
• Serve as main client contact for data management deliverables.
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation and database deployment.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet expectations.
• Mentor junior data management staff and promote best practices.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory and SOP compliance.
