Qualifications

• 7+ years of IS/IT experience.
• 5 years of Process Improvement (preferred).
• 3 years of Project Management experience.
• 3 years of Health Insurance Industry experience.
• 3 years of Healthcare Industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customers, Data Software Engineers, Data Architects, and Capability Managers to capture needs and deliver data and reporting solutions on complex issues.
• Create and maintain data sets, operational reports, and analytical dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data challenges across project phases and drive data-driven insights.
• Provide SME-level support for requirements testing and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals across projects; manage risks and vendor solutions where applicable.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders and assist with requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews.
