Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s or PhD is a plus but not required
• Hands-on experience with LLMs
• Proficiency in Python or R and strong SQL
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, with a focus on LLM-based solutions
• Build and optimize data models and pipelines to support analytics and AI initiatives
• Support AI development lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and deliver data-driven solutions
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability
• Own problems end-to-end, from concept through execution and iteration
