Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to operationalize the Data Product Marketplace and enterprise catalog within Defense & Systems. You will own onboarding, certification intake, catalog completeness, and self-service access, ensuring a smooth consumer experience and measurable adoption.

You will collaborate with data product owners, define SLAs, uptime targets, and health scores, and drive adoption metrics through to executive value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Product Management or Data Marketplace Operations.
• Bachelor's degree; CS, IS, or Business preferred; STEM background encouraged.
• CSPO or SAFe PO certification preferred.
• Experience with data quality SLAs and health-score frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace and catalog backlog including discovery and self-service workflows.
• Define onboarding, certification intake, SLAs, and health scores with data owners.
• Track adoption metrics and report value realization to leadership.
• Coordinate with data product owners across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
