You will collaborate with business leaders, data architects, governance teams, and domain stakeholders to create scalable, business-aligned data structures enabling analytics, reporting, AI, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise data modeling across multiple domains.
• Strong data architecture experience in health plan/payer environments is a plus.
• Familiar with data governance, metadata management and data quality concepts.
• Ability to facilitate requirements discovery and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models aligned with strategy and objectives.
• Create conceptual, canonical, logical, physical, and domain data models for Medicare Advantage domains.
• Lead workshops to establish definitions, standards and relationships between entities.
• Align models with governance, MDM, analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.
• Translate business models into scalable cloud-based technical solutions with implementation teams.
