Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and lead data engineering initiatives. You will work on ETL workflows, data integration, and centralized data solutions across internal users, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Minimum 10 years' experience developing data applications, relational databases, and ETL platforms
• Experience building highly available and testable ETL systems for critical operations
• Expert knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing
• Expert knowledge of SQL scripting
• Excellent spoken and written communication; ability to present to technical/non-technical audiences
• Ability to shift priorities through analytical problem-solving
• Strong ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent time-management and task prioritization
• Experience with large-scale data and ETL processes

Responsibilities

• Drive data strategy with focus on data models, warehouses, analytics systems
• Code and design reviews to ensure quality and standards
• Ship high-quality data solutions and maintain technical excellence
