Qualifications

• Experience leading data conversion efforts for Health & Welfare data
• Strong SQL scripting and data integration background
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable conversion plans

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion strategy and execution for H&W legacy data
• Collaborate with clients to define data requirements and milestones
• Coordinate conversion activities with data managers and project teams
• Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans throughout the project
• Act as primary escalation point for data conversion challenges
