• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of data interpretation and analysis.
• Master's degree adds 3 years of experience.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI) and scripting (R, Python).
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with relational databases.
• Advanced Excel and VBA skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations preferred.
