Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & Financial Compliance SME to lead the Vantage system security posture, applying NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 controls, DoD and Army requirements, FIAR overlays, and FIAR readiness.

You will architect and sustain audit readiness with limited direction. This role demands 10+ years in cybersecurity/RMF, CISSP, active DoD Secret clearance, US-based status, and West Coast hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Cybersecurity / RMF experience
• Practical experience with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 controls in DoD/Army environments
• Expertise in FIAR overlays and FIAR mandates for enterprise software and data systems
• Robust experience preparing and managing compliance artifacts and defending posture during audits
• Expert proficiency with eMASS including System Registration, Control Tracking, Vulnerability Management, and Package Generation
• Exceptionally skilled at writing security policies, SOPs, and TTPs for the Vantage system

Responsibilities

• Lead development, collection, validation, and maintenance of security and financial audit evidence.
• Ensure documentation is complete, traceable, and audit-ready.
• Defend the Vantage compliance posture during assessments, control validations, and FIAR activities.
• Respond to findings and coordinate remediation through closure.
