The Redesign Group is a global technology and cybersecurity provider delivering design thinking and emerging tech to help organizations transform. This Senior Cybersecurity Engineer role sits in the Managed Security Services team, owning configuration, tuning, and health of security platforms across client tenants.

You’ll lead detections, onboarding, and remediation, collaborating with a global NOC and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of enterprise endpoint detection and response and of a SIEM and vulnerability management platform.
• Experience with Microsoft identity and endpoint services: Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Defender.
• Cloud security experience in Azure/AWS/GCP covering identity, workload, and posture management.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and tune core security platforms across multiple client tenants, owning configuration baselines, policy alignment, and platform health.
• Build and refine detection logic, reduce false positives, and create operational playbooks for repeatable responses.
• Onboard and troubleshoot SIEM log sources and diagnose/repair ingestion and API integrations between security, monitoring, and ticketing platforms.
• Triage alerts and events, act as technical lead during live incidents with clients and teams.
• Run vulnerability scanning and drive remediation with engineering teams.
• Define and enforce controls around AI systems with legitimate production access and monitoring.
