Job summary

OffSec is seeking a Senior Content Engineer to craft world-class, hands-on cybersecurity labs and scenarios that challenge learners and advance defensive skills. This role blends technical content engineering with rigorous security analysis and lab orchestration in a remote, global team.

You will lead content development, build advanced training environments using VMs and cloud infra, and mentor peers to raise the quality bar across OffSec’s courses and certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, virtual environment engineering, and content development.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory security.
• Experience evaluating AV/EDR effectiveness and designing detections.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop immersive cybersecurity training content focused on detection, prevention, and security analysis.
• Build and oversee lab environments with VMs and cloud infrastructure.
• Create realistic, scenario-driven challenges and validate training environments.
