Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience or HS diploma with 14+ years in Business Strategy/Financial Services.
• Experience building governance models, portfolio reporting, and strategic planning processes.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year planning activities aligned to enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
• Facilitate strategic goals, operating plans, and execution priorities.
• Assess emerging business needs, risks, and capabilities for planning decisions.
• Develop planning frameworks, methodologies, and performance measures.
• Lead capacity and demand management across the organization.
• Monitor staffing, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance reporting for leadership.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Technology, Finance, HR, and Risk Management.
