Job summary

Armada is hiring a Customer Engineer to bridge engineering and sales, focusing on modular data center systems and edge AI solutions. Remote in Brazil or Chile, with global travel as needed.

You will lead demonstrations, drive engineering-backed proposals, and shape the technical narrative for strategic customers. The role demands deep technical knowledge in data center architectures, virtualization, and modern networking, plus exceptional communication skills and travel willingness to engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Networking fundamentals including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and Starlink/5G.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization/containers.
• Proficiency in AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud and networking concepts; containerization.
• Excellent communication and presentation; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Self-starter in dynamic environments; manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance to customers and sales peers regarding Armada’s products and services.
• Lead technical demonstrations, PoCs, and workshops to showcase features and benefits.
• Collaborate cross-functional for sales support, technical scoping, and proposal development.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor through thought leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Enhance field team understanding of technical concepts and selling strategies.
