We seek a seasoned software engineer with 5+ years in distributed systems, strong cryptography, KMS/HSM, and proficiency in Golang, Java, C++, or Rust. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture, and collaborate with Security, Product, and Policy to deliver robust

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building highly available distributed systems.
Expertise in applied cryptography, KMS or HSM.
Experience with multi-party computation is a plus.
Proficient in Golang, Java, C++, or Rust.
Experience leading architecture and technical strategy for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and execution of cryptographic infrastructure for global regulatory compliance.
Define multi-quarter technical strategies to clarify ambiguous cryptographic requirements.
Own ambitious, secure cryptographic protocol initiatives in a zero-trust environment.
Mentor a team of senior engineers to improve code quality and eliminate single points of failure.
Collaborate with Security, Product, and Policy to ensure flawless execution.
