Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee clinical trial operations for cell therapy programs, including tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapies, with a focus on solid tumors.

You will manage study start-up, conduct on-site monitoring visits, oversee CROs and labs, ensure protocol and GCP compliance, review monitoring metrics, and mentor junior staff while collaborating cross-functionally with study teams, medical monitors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• BS/BA, RN, or equivalent with 8+ years in clinical operations.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, trial management, and vendor oversight.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient with MS Office and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage study start-up and oversee on-site monitoring visits.
• Oversee vendor relationships (CROs, labs) and ensure protocol/GCP compliance.
• Review monitoring metrics and support study documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with study teams, medical monitors, and vendors.
