KoBold Metals is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to own full-cycle accounting for multiple entities across jurisdictions. You will report JV expenditures, prepare project reports for field teams, and manage invoices and vendor compliance while scaling processes for a fast-growing startup.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, experience with international operations, and NetSuite proficiency. This remote position travels to sites as needed and offers equity and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with international operations.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar software.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting to joint venture partners and manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities in various jurisdictions.
• Assist with financial reporting and ensure compliance with local accounting rules.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Support field exploration teams with project reports and manage AP workflow.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and cross-jurisdiction documentation.
• Contribute to building scalable accounting processes and automation.
