Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Sr Associate Contract Management for remote, 4-5 month assignment. You will support provider contract development with SLA quality checks, document management in CLM, and timely distribution to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in contract administration or high-volume support.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with contract repositories and documentation processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review fully executed provider agreements for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate distribution of contracts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain contract records and metadata in CLM systems.
• Prepare professional communications related to contract execution and delivery.
