Job summary

Clio is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Collections for LatAm & Spain. This remote role is open to candidates based in Latin America or Spain and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

You will lead the regional content team, set roadmaps, and drive quality and coverage across jurisdictions, collaborating with Data Ops and Content Engineering. You will report on regional performance, build a coherent practice across multiple markets, and influence content investment tied to win rate,

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in legal publishing, legal data operations, or content/product management with Spain or LatAm exposure.
• 2+ years of direct team management experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of at least one Latin American or Spanish legal system.
• Experience running multi-country content operations to global standards.
• Data-driven prioritization and ROI modeling experience.
• Familiarity with ingestion pipelines, metadata, and citators.

Responsibilities

• Manage the content team across Latin America and Spain with regular 1:1s and clear performance standards.
• Set and execute the content roadmap for Spain and priority Latin American jurisdictions.
• Coaching team to meet global performance bar and close skill gaps.
• Collaborate with Data Ops and Content Engineering on regional ingestion and enrichment.
• Track coverage, currency, and quality against providers and the global bar.
• Present regional roadmap, risk, and business impact to Content Committee quarterly.
