Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Senior Compliance Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, including export controls, research security, and foreign influence mitigation. You will work with multiple stakeholders to develop policies, assess risks, and drive training programs for faculty and staff.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least 5 years in healthcare or research compliance, with certifications like CHC/CRC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a business or healthcare-related field or equivalency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare compliance, research compliance, auditing or other related experience in the healthcare and research fields.
• CHC, CRC or other recognized compliance certification required (or ability to obtain within first year of employment).

Responsibilities

• Lead export control, foreign influence, research misconduct and other compliance areas for the VP CCO.
• Develop, implement and maintain enterprise compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Provide training and guidance to faculty and staff on regulatory topics.
• Review third party arrangements involving international entities and foreign nationals regarding national security risks.
• Collaborate with risk management, internal audit, HR and General Counsel.
