Responsibilities

• Conduct credit reviews for new and existing customers per policy and set terms.
• Identify fraud indicators and decide on expedited or declined actions.
• Assess risks for orders with past due balances and communicate terms clearly.
• Document reviews and decisions for audit readiness under ASC 606.
• Monitor customer payment behavior and escalate risks to leadership.
• Report on credit review metrics and optimize processes with automation ideas.
• Support audits and maintain credit policy documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, and Deal Desk to inform credit strategy.
