Job summary

NetCov is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. You will drive automation, governance, and secure deployments while mentoring junior engineers and leading architectural decisions.

You will own complex migrations, implement cost-conscious optimizations, and spearhead improvements in CI/CD and security standards. This role requires deep cloud expertise and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on AWS or Microsoft Azure engineering.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Scripting with Python/PowerShell.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy secure and scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Codify security baselines and guardrails via IaC for repeatable deployments.
• Lead migrations from on-premises to cloud, plan cutovers and hybrid integration.
• Automate provisioning, deployment validation, and configuration management.
• Advance CI/CD pipelines for reliability and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and review designs and implementations.
