Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead day-to-day clinical operations, vendor coordination, and site management across multiple studies.

This role requires navigating SOPs, ICH/GCP guidelines, and project timelines while partnering with cross-functional teams. Remote work is supported, with occasional travel; the ideal candidate has 6+ years in pharma/biotech, strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor negotiation experience, and familiarity with EDC/CTMS

Competenze

• BS or equivalent degree required.
• 6+ years pharma/biotech with at least 4 years in clinical trials management.
• Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Experience with external vendors and virtual teams.
• Proficiency with EDC, CTMS, IRT; UAT desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day management of clinical trials and sites.
• Lead budget development, vendor contracts, and invoice review.
• Drive study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities.
• Assist protocol development for operational considerations.
• Manage CRO relations and vendor partnerships.
• Maintain study milestones and critical-path timelines.
• Collaborate with QA on regulatory updates and compliance.
• Provide regular study status updates to leadership.
