Job summary

Veristat is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, preparation, and execution of complex clinical trial and regulatory programs. You will work with internal teams and leadership, as well as sponsors and vendors, to drive programs forward.

The role demands strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible work model including remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/health sciences or related discipline, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of project management experience leading global/complex clinical trials in a CRO/pharma environment.
• Executive level communication, written and oral, interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and organizational ability; knowledge of drug development process and regulatory guidelines (ICH).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to plan, prepare, and execute complex and high-profile clinical trial or regulatory projects and programs.
• Interface with internal departments and company leadership, and externally with sponsors and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and drive activities to conclusion with minimal supervision.
