What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Label clinical vocabularies and LLM output to improve automation in the Semantic Knowledge Graph
  • Review LLM-generated relationships to ensure validity and data quality
  • Collaborate with science teams to create clinically accurate LLM prompts for knowledge graph scaling
  • Curate value sets to enable agent decision-making and logic
  • Create mappings to support interoperability and agent understanding of clinical data
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, human anatomy, and physiology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with clinical vocabularies
  • Passion for using AI to address health software user challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master's of Science in Clinical Informatics (or similar)
  • Knowledge of healthcare coding systems (SnomedCT, RxNorm, LOINC, ICD 9/10/11) and healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Background in a clinical role (RN, pharmacist, etc.)
