Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Sr. Associate, Member Claim Processing to lead the operational execution of Medicare Advantage member claim processing.

You will own end-to-end processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and trust as you work with Claims Operations, Configuration, and Tech leadership. The role requires strong organizational, communicative, and writing skills; experience with SOPs and documentation; and the ability to handle complex, high‑throughput claims while collaborating across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Healthcare/healthtech or tech ops experience preferred.
• Ability to manage complex/escalated claims and ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution of member claim processing, including complex and escalated claims.
• Monitor claim timeliness, aging, and turnaround against SLAs; elevate bottlenecks and risks.
• Adhere to SOPs and clarify complex scenarios to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with Claims Operations, Configuration, and Tech leadership to reduce defects.
• Support processing member claim appeals and member claim cases.
