Job summary

Insomniac Games is seeking a Senior Cinematic Facial Animator to create in-game facial animation using FACS-based rigs, and to integrate mocap data with hand-key techniques for high-quality performances.

You'll work with Animation Directors and Lead Animators to shape cinematic expressions, ensure accurate reflection of the game's cinematography, and troubleshoot engine integration across the project lifecycle. This remote, contract role supports the animation team with continuous collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience creating cinematic facial animation using mocap and hand-key techniques.
• Ability to integrate facial capture data into game engine pipelines.
• Strong understanding of FACS-based rigs and facial performance.
